Job summary

PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk mencari staf operasional marketplace untuk mengelola toko di platform seperti Shopee, termasuk kampanye, unggah SKU, promosi, dan dekor toko, serta membalas chat pelanggan.

Posisi ini membutuhkan minimum 1 tahun pengalaman operasional toko, kemampuan Excel dan Google Sheets, serta kemampuan mengatur waktu dan menjaga komitmen terhadap tenggat waktu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, minimum 1 year experience as store operation/management (Shopee).
• Able to operate MS Office. Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to use google spreadsheet for data gathering & promotion mapping.
• Strong ownership - Target Oriented.
• Good Time management, able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for marketplace store operations and management: campaign submission, uploading SKU and promotion, uploading store deco, replying chats.
• Day to day sales monitoring & initiated promotion ideas.
• Build a strong relationship manager and all team involved.
• Can do administrative work related to marketplace.
