Job summary

Global Elektronik Mitaprana invites applications for a New Store Opening (NSO) Merchandiser / Store Setup Specialist. You will ensure every new store is ready for Grand Opening by executing store setups, validating inventory, and ensuring layouts match approved Key Visuals and floor plans.

You will oversee inbound electronics, verify documents and serials, set up demo units, install POP and anti-theft systems, and collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain to resolve issues, before final

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of NSO/Store Operations/Retail Expansion experience preferred.
• Ability to read Key Visual (KeyV), planograms and floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute store layouts per KeyV, floor plans and merchandising standards.
• Oversee inbound process for electronics, verify receiving, serial/IMEI checks.
• Verify products match shipment documents in quantity and condition.
• Conduct on-site inspections and final rechecks before opening.
• Set up and test demo units (TVs, smartphones, laptops, appliances).
• Install and verify POP materials, price tags, and anti-theft devices.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain to resolve issues during setup.
• Handover to Store Ops and Managers with stock reconciliation and readiness docs.
