Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (S1).
• Proven experience in Fashion Retail industry for minimum of 3 years.
• Experienced as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager for minimum of 2 years.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement business strategies to promote the store and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, and supervise Sales Assistants in customer service and product promotions.
• Address and resolve problems that may arise at the shop, handling all customer complaints professionally.

• Prepare and present monthly sales revenue reports to management.
• Update daily sales revenue in Ms. Excel.
• Perform stock inventory (stock opname) according to the given schedule to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain the store cleanliness and presentation at all times.
