United Creative is seeking a Store Leader in Bali to oversee daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance. The role involves managing Store Assistants' schedules, monitoring sales targets, stock levels, and neat product displays while supervising transactions and store administration.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in retail, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Bali residency and weekend/holiday availability are required; English communication is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in retail or sales; Store Leader or Supervisor preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

• Familiar with store operations, stock, POS, and EDC systems.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or sales; experience as a Store Leader or Supervisor is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in conversational English is a plus.
• Good understanding of retail operations, sales, stock management, POS, and EDC systems.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
• Already living in Bali.
