Job summary

PT Cahaya Sani Vokasi is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our Semarang jewellery boutique. You will manage daily store activities, drive sales, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring top-notch customer service.

The role requires at least 3 years in store leadership within jewellery or premium retail, strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision, including weekend shifts. Semarang relocation is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Store Manager / Store Leader.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury or premium retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Target-driven with sales management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to relocate to Semarang.

Requirements
