Passion Jewelry, a leading luxury jewellery brand, is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship store in the heart of Jakarta. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate retail associates.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability while delivering an outstanding shopping experience
• Coach, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Analyse store performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry, preferably in the luxury or fashion sectors
• Proven track record of driving sales, improving store operations, and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and data analysis
• Passion for the luxury retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Willing to be placed at Bandung area.
