Job summary

Decathlon Indonesia is seeking a Store Department Manager in Bogor to lead a sport department with intrapreneurial flair. You will develop people, drive commercial strategy, and deliver an exceptional omnichannel customer experience while balancing People, Planet, and Business performance.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, ensure safe store operations, and manage seasonal plans and loyalty initiatives in a fast-growing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail store leadership role.
• Experience in retail, store operations, or team leadership.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage performance, priorities, and action plans.
• Job location will be at Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enrich, and take care of human capital by recruiting, onboarding and developing a strong team.

• Build and manage commercial policy on priority sports and omnichannel offer.
