Decathlon Indonesia is seeking passionate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service, manage in-store and online sales, and apply dynamic merchandising. You will support stock flows, help customers across departments, and participate in campaigns and seasonal layout changes.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong sports interest, with a focus on satisfying customers and maintaining store standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Passion for sport and retail
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong team spirit and dynamism
• Sense of responsibility and organization
• Training plan provided by the department manager

Responsabilidades

• Sell products and services to satisfy customers
• Maintain a safe store environment, assist customers, handle payments and buybacks
• Apply merchandising guidelines, optimize displays, campaigns and seasonal layouts
• Ensure stock handling, deliveries, returns, click & collect, ship-from-store, and quality procedures
