Role Description The Store Crew role is a full-time, on-site position based in Denpasar. Store Crew team members assist customers on the sales floor, respond to product inquiries, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Daily tasks include arranging and replenishing merchandise, maintaining visual standards and cleanliness, managing fitting rooms, and supporting stock handling in the back-of-house area. Store Crew also help with basic cashier duties as needed, follow company policies and safety procedures, and work closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet sales and service targets. This role involves shift-based work, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Candidates should possess basic sales and retail operation skills, such as product knowledge, confidence in offering recommendations, and attention to store presentation and merchandising.

• Candidates should possess reliability and work discipline, with punctuality, consistency in following procedures, and readiness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates should possess basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in counting, processing transactions, and handling vouchers or promotions.
• Candidates should possess adaptability and problem-solving abilities, including staying calm during busy periods and addressing minor customer issues promptly.
• Completion of secondary education (high school or equivalent) is preferred; prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
