Cin Cin is hiring for a retail team member in Bali. You will greet customers, provide product recommendations, and drive daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining attractive displays and store standards. You’ll handle transactions, assist with stock, and support in-store campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate, you will work with a team to ensure smooth daily operations, with intermediate English and strong customer-focused attitude expected.

Job Requirements

Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

Minimum 1 year experience in retail/store (fashion industry is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Well-groomed and presentable appearance

Sales-driven and target-oriented

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Able to work both independently and in a team

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Familiar with POS system is an advantage

Intermediate English skills (spoken) are required
