Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Crew role based in Denpasar. Store Crew team members support daily store operations, including welcoming customers, providing product information, and assisting with purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include arranging and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining cleanliness and visual standards, and helping with price labeling and promotional displays. Store Crew also handle basic cashier duties, process transactions accurately, and assist with stock checks and inventory counting as needed. The role involves working closely with the store team, following company policies, and supporting efficiency and safety throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse customers.
• Basic retail and sales skills, including product knowledge, upselling, and handling promotions effectively.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage shelving, merchandising, and inventory-related tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Denpasar on a rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and willingness to follow operational and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise as required.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
