Job summary

PT Aroma Prima Livindo in Balaraja, Indonesia, seeks a Stock Keeper to manage finished goods stock using a WMS system. You will record, monitor, and reconcile inventory across SKUs, locations, batches, and expiry dates, and generate stock reports.

Qualifications include a D3/S1 in Logistics or related field and 1–2 years of stock control experience. Proficiency with Excel, barcode scanners, and FIFO/FEFO concepts is required; strong accuracy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as Stock Keeper or Inventory Controller
• Understanding of WMS concepts and workflows
• Knowledge of inbound, put away, picking, replenishment, stock transfer, and outbound processes
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO systems, batch/lot management, expiry date handling, and storage location management
• Experience using barcode scanner in warehouse
• Ability to conduct stock opname, stock reconciliation, and stock variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

This role involves managing and controlling finished goods (FG) stock through a WMS system, including recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of inventory across SKUs, locations, batches, and expiry dates.

Key responsibilities

Record and control FG stock through WMS system

Execute put away, picking, and stock transfer processes

Monitor stock balances including SKU, location, batch/lot, and expiry information

Conduct stock opname and stock reconciliation

Use barcode scanner and location labels

Generate stock movement reports

Coordinate with related teams

About you
