Job summary

Andaz Bali is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a memorable guest experience. The role requires strong guest-focus, problem solving, and coordination across departments, with proficiency in Opera Cloud, Medallia, and Hotsos. Only Indonesian candidates are eligible to apply.

You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain service standards, and drive smooth operations to support the resort’s premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
• Well-versed with Opera Cloud, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other systems and reports.
• Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation
• Confident problem solver with guest first mindset while keeping the integrity of the operations intact.
• Well versed in managing different departments relation to achieve result required
