Responsibilities

• Direct and assist stewards to improve cleanup efficiency.
• Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are documented.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and kitchen tasks as needed.
• Support banquet and buffet by transporting and stocking items.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including the dishwasher and cleaning stations.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching staff.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents, and protect company assets.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance and guest service standards.
• Move, lift and place objects up to 50 pounds as required.
