Job summary

ESSA is seeking a Static & Rotating Technician to support piping modifications, maintenance, material monitoring, and safe operations in line with HSE standards.

You will collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and General Maintenance teams to ensure plant reliability and uninterrupted operations while maintaining safe work practices. The role requires 5 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and practices.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and support maintenance operations.
• Committed to maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute piping modifications and plant improvement activities as directed by supervisors.
• Monitor and control spare parts and consumable materials, and report usage to Maintenance Administration.
• Support maintenance work activities performed by Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and General Maintenance teams.
• Organize and carry out assigned maintenance work efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain company tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good condition and ready for use.
• Follow instructions and special assignments from supervisors to support operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and company regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Assist in maintaining plant reliability and operational continuity through effective maintenance support.
