Job summary

A leading business transformation company in Bandung is seeking a Standardization Management Department Head. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing business processes across all subsidiary companies, developing clear Standard Operating Procedures, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of managerial experience and a strong knowledge of business process mapping along with continuous improvement methodologies. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Strategic Planning, Improvement Management, or Standardization.
  • Strong knowledge in Business Process Mapping (SIPOC or Flowchart).
  • Experience with ISO or other Quality Management methods is a plus.

Job Summary

As Standardization Management Department Head you will be responsible for several key areas.

Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis & Improvement
    • Analyze existing business processes across all subsidiary companies to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Lead cross‑functional process review sessions to map workflows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar tools.
    • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure all business processes are documented and standardized in clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
    • Review and update SOP periodically to reflect changes in systems, organization, or regulations.
    • Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure SOP compliance and proper implementation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Strategic Planning, Improvement Management, or Standardization.
  • Strong knowledge in Business Process Mapping (SIPOC or Flowchart).
  • Excellent in developing and analyzing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement, PDCA, Risk‑Based Thinking, and Design Thinking is an advantage.
  • Excellent in analyzing process efficiency and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience with ISO or other Quality Management methods.
  • Willing to be located in Bandung.
