Job summary

PT Omron Manufacturing Of Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily stamping operations. You will manage manpower, machines, and materials to hit production targets while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and safety.

The role requires leadership to drive continuous improvement across stamping processes. The ideal candidate has a D4 in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant stamping experience, plus strong English

This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations by ensuring the effective management of manpower, machines, and materials to achieve production targets.
