Job summary

PT PUFF TECH INDONESIA seeks a senior accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting for its sales subsidiary in Indonesia, ensuring accurate revenue booking, AR/AP and month-end close under Indonesian GAAP. You will oversee tax compliance for PPh21/23/25, PPN and local taxes, and coordinate with the China HQ on treasury matters.

The role requires a Diploma+ in Accounting or Taxation with Brevet A&B preferred, at least 5 years of finance experience in trading/FMCG, and strong

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting of sales subsidiary: order reconciliation, revenue booking, AR/AP, expense audit, month-end close, and financial statements.
• Ensure full tax compliance for PPh21/23/25, PPN and local taxes: calculate, file and pay.
• Act as official contact for Tax Office & KPJK; handle audits and SPT filings.
• Oversee daily treasury operations and timely data submission to China HQ.

Job description

Manage full-cycle accounting of sales subsidiary including order reconciliation, revenue booking, AR/AP & expense audit, month-end close, and monthly/quarterly financial statements under Indonesian GAAP. Handle full tax compliance for PPh21/23/25, PPN & local taxes including calculation, filing and payment of taxes, and pre-check filings to avoid fines. Serve as official contact person for Tax Office & KPJK, handling tax audits, annual SPT filing and on-site tax matters. Support sales team with contract financial review, promotion cost estimation, collection tracking and sales P&L analysis. Manage daily treasury operations and timely financial data submission to China HQ.

About you

• Diploma+ in Accounting/Taxation; valid Indonesian accounting certificate, Brevet A&B preferred
• Min. 5 years finance experience in Indonesian trading/FMCG firms, full-set accounting & independent tax filing background
• Skilled in Accurate/Zahir & advanced Excel for sales data analysis
• Fluent native Indonesian, basic English; Mandarin a plus
• Detail-oriented, strong compliance awareness, no bad tax record
• Good external communication
• Resident in Jakarta, able to work overtime at month/year end
