Job summary

PT Sentra Group Nusantara, a holding company in Indonesia, seeks a Senior Accountant to own the full finance, tax and administration function. You will work closely with the leadership team to steer financial planning and compliance.

Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, P&L and statutory reporting, tax matters (PPh, PPN, VAT), payroll coordination, and cash management. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a startup.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax: PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, Coretax; Brevet A/B is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting.
• Proficient with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Owner mindset with structured, precise, and persistent approach.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant (Accounting & Tax) to join our Holding Company in Indonesia. This role is suitable for finance professionals who want to own the full finance, tax and administration function of a lean, growing company, and who are comfortable working closely with leadership team.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Prepare timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).

Own the company's tax, ensuring PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN (VAT), and monthly and annual tax returns are completed.

Coordinate with external tax consultants on filings, PKP matters, and tax questions, keeping all supporting documentation audit-ready.

Coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider, and manage banking operations and payments.

Maintain an up-to-date overview of all open finance and compliance tasks.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a start-up environment.

Solid working knowledge of Indonesian tax (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, Coretax). Brevet A/B certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting and accounting.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong sense of ownership, structured, precise, and persistent.
