Job summary

PT WIK Far East Batam, a German company that manufactures Home Appliances products in Batam in the Panbil Industrial Area, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to establish and maintain standard times, balance lines, and drive process optimization.

You will analyze data, design line layouts, and lead root-cause analyses with cross-functional teams to meet efficiency targets and support new product introductions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering required.
Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Proficient with process simulation software and statistics tools.
Experience with AutoCAD, 3D software and VSM.
Fluent English with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain standard time, cycle time and SMV for production areas.
Perform line balancing, capacity studies and manpower planning.
Design line layouts, workstations and related process documents.
Analyze manufacturing data to drive optimization and capacity planning.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production, quality, R&D and maintenance; prepare management reports.
