Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a candidate for the COO Office/Business Management & Support role at the Capital Place Branch in Indonesia. The role focuses on end-to-end referrals campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and monitoring campaign fulfilment, with involvement in onboarding communications post-acquisition and Treasures-Lite acquisitions under the Dynara project.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, solid banking product knowledge for retail, strong communication in English and Bahasa, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Solid understanding of banking products for retail/mass market
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with ability to convey complex information
• Self-driven, proactive, able to work with limited supervision and maintain strong ownership and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end referrals campaigns from proposal to fulfilment and handling complaints
• Support cross-selling initiatives to boost acquisition
• Monitor and track campaign fulfilment progress
• Manage onboarding communication journey post-acquisition
• Contribute to the Dynara project to increase Treasures-Lite acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor from reputable university

• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
