Job summary

Indosat is seeking a Lead Radio Network Solution & Architecture to define RAN strategy, system architecture, spectrum roadmap, and nationwide design.

You will drive technology evaluation, vendor collaboration, BoQ development, feature roadmaps, testing, CAPEX modeling, and cross-functional support to deliver cost-effective networks.

Requirements include MSc (Telecoms/EE) or BSc at minimum, fluent English, strong communication, problem solving, ownership, and a proactive, curious mindset.

Job description

Lead Radio Network Solution & Architecture by defining RAN technology strategy, system architecture, spectrum roadmap, and solution design. Drive technology evaluation, vendor collaboration, BoQ development, feature roadmap, testing, CAPEX modeling, and cross-functional support to deliver scalable and cost-effective nationwide mobile network solutions.

• Define system selection and functional Solution & Designs in the Radio Network domain including Mobile Radio Network systems (e.g. 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G; Macro Network, Microcells, Femtocells, Repeaters, Wi-Fi network, etc.)
• Translation of the required present and future Radio Network capabilities, into feasible solutions and HLD for the nationwide network
• Analyze and correlate multiple crowdsource inputs as consideration to determine future Radio Network solution
• Define specification of RAN features, SW release, technology road map and the right radio ancillaries system (e.g. antennas, feeders, cables, passive RF line elements, etc.)
• Determine the band spectrum utilization and roadmap
• Lead coordination with RAN vendor in creating detail BoQ for specific Program
• Lead functional test and pilot implementation as part of the introduction process for the Radio Network scenarios and radio access systems: prerequisites for testing, test setup, what to test, how to test and expected results
• Built High Level Capex modeling to be used during AOP in coordination with sourcing

Requirements

Qualification:

• M.Sc (Telecoms/EE) or as a minimum B.Sc (Telecoms/EE) working level.
