Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a Senior Officer – Network Fault Management to ensure end-to-end network availability through proactive fault detection, incident management, and service restoration.

You will leverage AI, automation, and analytics to predict failures, accelerate root cause analysis, and improve MTTR, across core, RAN, transport, IP, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end network availability through proactive fault detection, incident management, service restoration, and continuous operational improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues within the network infrastructure to minimize disruptions to service and maintain high levels of network performance and availability.
• Continuously monitor the health and performance of the network to detect potential issues early.
• Identify root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation on systems, configurations, and procedures for efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Transport/RAN/Core and platform equipment.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in Network function in Telco company.

Skills

• Able to operate Craft Terminal (LCT/NCT), Management System (NMS), etc

Related Experience

Experience with incident, problem management processes, L2/3 support, ITIL framework, and service management principles is preferred.

Skills
