Design and deliver end-to-end telecom network solutions across RF, RAN, transport, and core domains, translating technical requirements into optimized designs, proposals, and customer-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end telecom solutions (RF Planning, RAN 2G–5G, Transport, Core, OSS/BSS).
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Analyze and optimize RF/RAN performance based on network KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity, Throughput).
- Prepare technical proposals including BoM, topology design, and implementation estimation.
- Support RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
- Present solutions to clients through workshops, demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Collaborate with vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE, etc.) for technical alignment and licensing.
- Support project implementation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Prepare technical documentation (Design, Implementation Plan, As-Built).
- Keep up with the latest telecom technology trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RF/RAN or Solution Design.
- Strong knowledge of RF Planning and RAN (2G–5G).
- Experience in KPI analysis and network troubleshooting.
- Familiar with telecom planning & optimization tools (Atoll, Planet, iBwave, TEMS, Nemo, Genex – preferred).
- Experience working with major telecom vendors is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
