Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a seasoned RAN Capacity Planning professional to lead nationwide 4G/5G and FWA capacity planning, ensuring readiness and optimal user experience. You will manage end-to-end expansion programs and align with Commercial and Marketing to support growth.

The role requires strong telecom planning expertise, familiarity with Huawei/Nokia ecosystems, and proficiency in planning tools and analytics. On-site Jakarta-based position with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in nationwide telecommunication RAN capacity planning, operations and strategic projects.
• Experience with network modernization and spectrum deployment preferred.
• Strong collaboration with Commercial and Marketing teams.

Job description

Role Purpose

Reporting to the AVP Head of RAN Capacity Planning, the role holder will carry out 4G/5G RAN Network Capacity Planning and RAN Site database update and parameter standardization. The RAN Capacity Planning Program Management role is responsible for managing end-to-end radio access network (RAN) capacity planning and strategic expansion programs for 4G and 5G networks including FWA from RAN capacity point of view. The role ensures network readiness, service quality, and optimal user experience by aligning network capacity with traffic growth, business demand, and commercial priorities.

RAN Capacity Planning & Dimensioning

Develop nationwide and regional 4G/5G and FWA capacity plans based on traffic growth projections, subscriber trends, and business forecasts.

Program Management

Manage end-to-end implementation tracking for RAN capacity expansion programs

Special Program Management

Lead strategic or high-priority initiatives such as; Network modernization, Spectrum deployment, 5G SA preparation, FWA, etc

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

Collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.
