Job summary

PT YOUPENG INFORMASI TEKNOLOGI is seeking a Project Manager - Managed Service to coordinate RF field teams and drive LTE/NR projects in Jakarta. You will manage daily activities, track site progress, and ensure targets are met on schedule.

The role requires 5–8 years RF project experience, strong SSV knowledge, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is essential for reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years RF project experience, with hands-on PM experience in LTE/NR projects.
• Strong knowledge of SSV process and SSV report prep/review mandatory.
• Solid RF fundamentals: RSRP/RSRQ/SINR/PCI, Throughput, Handover, Coverage, Azimuth, Tilt.
• Experience in Huawei RF projects; experience with XL/IOH/Telkomsel advantageous.
• Experience managing Field/DT/SSV teams and coordinating multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.
• English daily working language; fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage field teams, task assignment, attendance, productivity, performance, and issue escalation.
• Maintain daily communication with RF engineers, DT teams, customers, and field teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and report risks and issues to project management.
• Track daily site plans, field execution, and site completion to meet targets on schedule.
• Review, follow up, submit, and close SSV reports meeting customer requirements.
• Follow up RF issues identified during SSV activities and coordinate with relevant teams for analysis.

Job description

Manage daily RF project activities and coordinate SSV / DT / RF Field Teams. Track daily Site Plans, field execution, and site completion progress to ensure project targets are achieved on schedule. Review, follow up, submit, and close SSV Reports, ensuring all reports meet customer requirements. Follow up on RF issues identified during SSV activities, including Coverage, Overshooting, Interference, Handover, KPI issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for analysis and resolution.

Key responsibilities

Manage field teams, including task assignment, attendance, productivity, performance, and issue escalation

Maintain daily communication and coordination with RF Engineers, DT Teams, customers, and field teams

Prepare Daily / Weekly Project Progress Reports and regularly report project progress, risks, and key issues to project management

Track daily Site Plans, field execution, and site completion progress to ensure project targets are achieved on schedule

Review, follow up, submit, and close SSV Reports, ensuring all reports meet customer requirements

Follow up on RF issues identified during SSV activities and coordinate with relevant teams for analysis and resolution

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

5-8 years of RF project experience, with hands-on project management experience and a solid background in LTE and NR projects

Strong knowledge of the SSV process and SSV Report preparation/review is mandatory

Good understanding of RF fundamentals and key parameters, including RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, Throughput, Handover, Coverage, Azimuth, and Tilt

Experience in Top Cell / Worst Cell analysis and optimization is preferred

Experience in Huawei RF projects is preferred; experience with XL, IOH, Telkomsel, or other Indonesian operators is an advantage

Experience managing Field Teams / DT Teams / SSV Teams, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently manage project tracking, data analysis, and reporting

English suitable as a daily working language, including meetings, project reporting, emails, and WhatsApp communication

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

Strong execution, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive field teams and ensure site completion
