Job summary

PT Putra Mulia Telecommunication is seeking a NATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER – HUAWEI PROJECT to lead nationwide Huawei project delivery. You will oversee multi-region execution, governance with Huawei and customers, and manage revenue, COGS and gross profit across projects.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum S1 in Electrical/Telecom/IT, 8–12 years in telecom, at least 5 years as PM/Sr. PM, and hands-on RAN/4G/5G with multi-vendor experience. Willingness to travel nationally is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or Engineering.
• 8–12 years experience in telecommunications projects.
• Minimum 5 years as PM/Sr. PM.
• Experience managing multi-region and multi-vendor projects.
• Willing to undertake national business travel.
• Experience in RAN / 4G / 5G.
• Experience in MOCN / Swap / Dismantle.
• Experience in Transmission / MWI.
• Experience in PRAN / FTTH / Fiber.

Responsibilities

• Lead entire Huawei project delivery nationally.
• Control target site, productivity, backlog, milestone and completion.
• Ensure projects run according to SOW, timeline and customer requirement.
• Conduct weekly/monthly governance with Huawei/customer.
• Control issue, risk, escalation and corrective action.
• Ensure each escalation has owner, deadline and recovery plan.
• Maintain compliance with Huawei project process.
• Manage Revenue, COGS and GP project.

Lead the delivery of Huawei telecommunications projects nationally, managing project execution across multiple regions and vendors. About you
