Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to plan, coordinate, and implement programs that boost employee competencies and align with business objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years in L&D, with strong TNA, design, delivery, and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related function.
• Expertise in TNA, instructional design, adult learning principles, competency development, and learning technologies.
• Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; LMS experience is an advantage.

The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing learning and development initiatives to enhance employee competencies and support business objectives. This role ensures compliance with mandatory training requirements, manages competency development programs, and collaborates with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related function.
• Demonstrated expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, adult learning principles, competency development, and learning technologies.
• Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to prepare and maintain learning databases.
• Candidates with hands-on exposure to Organizational Development and Talent Management functions will be considered.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Drilling, Mining, or Heavy Equipment industry
• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency development, and training administration
• Familiar with mandatory certifications, HSE training, and competency management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to travel to operational sites as required
