YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Develop account strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager, Global Account Sales Leader, Business Units, and regional sales teams on account strategy identification, planning, and execution.
- Lead monthly business reviews with regional offices and factory sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of global strategies and initiatives.
- Drive sales and service initiatives in partnership with sales and customer service teams.
- Identify potential customers and prospect opportunities at buying office or agent levels proactively.
- Manage relationships with buying/local offices to ensure service and solutions meet customer needs.
- Collect and analyze market and competitive landscape data, and drive proactive actions with operations and customer service teams based on customer forecasts.
- Lead internal efforts to resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Negotiate prices with customers to foster business growth while meeting company profitability requirements.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- College degree or higher.
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral communication skills.
- Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of successful sales experience in the apparel or footwear industry.
- Skilled in developing and executing account strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and data analysis skills.
