Job summary

Siegwerk in Tangerang, Indonesia is seeking a Sr. Application Technology Executive to deliver frontline customer technical support and drive application solutions in collaboration with regional sales and OFC teams.

You will work with the technology and analytical laboratories to develop ink technologies, monitor market trends, and help ensure timely, compliant project delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service).
• Experience in printing ink and printing applications.
• Strong communication skills for frontline technical support.
• Proficient English and good computer skills.
• Ability to implement standard technology applications and services with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative mindset to work with labs and technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer technical support under supervision of an Account Manager.
• Implement standard technology applications, services and solutions with OFC teams.
• Collaborate with Technology and Analytical laboratories to develop solutions.
• Monitor local market and competitor activity from a technology perspective.
• Support projects with defined technology solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Assist with customer claims to maximize satisfaction and report outcomes.

What do You bring as Sr. Application Technology Executive

• Ensure efficient and effective frontline customer technical support under close supervision of experienced Account Manager
• Implement standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements
• Cooperate with Technology and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs
• Conduct continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology perspective and provide support the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs
• Support assigned projects to provide defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards - monitored by OFC team
• Support technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
• Accurately report on above mentioned activities
• May deal with external technical partners, market partners and service providers within the area of responsibility
• Cooperate with technology counterparts within the group
• Support overall regional/BU sales strategy and objectives
• Product development & management
• Industrialization
