Job summary

Siegwerk is seeking a Graduate Trainee Jr. Application Technology Executive in Tangerang, Indonesia.

The role offers exposure to frontline customer technical support, application of standard technology solutions, and collaboration with OFC teams to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates hold a related university degree (Printing, Chemistry or Science), have some ink technology experience, and possess strong communication, English, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in printing, chemistry or science.
• Experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.).
• Good communication skills and English proficiency, plus computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer technical support under supervision.
• Implement standard technology applications and solutions with OFC teams.
• Collaborate with Technology and Analytical laboratories to develop technology solutions.
• Monitor local market and competitor activity from a technology perspective.
• Support projects with defined timelines, budgets and standards under OFC supervision.
• Assist with technology-related customer claims to maximize satisfaction.
• Accurately report on activities.
• Engage with external partners and internal groups within the area of responsibility.
• Support regional sales strategy and inter-company projects.
• Contribute to product development and management.
