Job summary

Valdo Inc. is seeking a data analyst to build and maintain dashboards that monitor support operation performance. You will partner with users to understand needs and translate them into impactful data solutions, analyzing data for patterns and insights.

You will work with multiple teams to determine data requirements, identify discrepancies, and implement quality checks to ensure report accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong SQL, data visualization and dashboarding skills.
• Exposure to visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role Description / Responsibility:

• Create and maintain existing dashboard for support operation performance monitoring
• Partner with users to deeply understand their needs and impactful data solutions
• Analyze the data to find patterns, trends, and insights.
• Work with other teams (like operations, internal control, network and commercial team) to understand what data they need.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of all generated reports and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• At least 2 years of working experience in a data analysis role
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong in SQL, data visualization and dashboarding
• Exposure to visualization and dashboarding tools
• Ability to use critical thinking on a daily basis to manage daily tasks while being goal-oriented
• Comforatable working both independently and in team
• Good writen and verbal communication skill
• Experience in logistics industry is a plus.
