Job summary

Valdo Inc. is seeking a data analyst to build and maintain dashboards that monitor support operation performance. You will partner with users to understand needs and translate them into impactful data solutions, analyzing data for patterns and insights.

You will work with multiple teams to determine data requirements, identify discrepancies, and implement quality checks to ensure report accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong SQL, data visualization and dashboarding skills.
• Exposure to visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards for support operation performance monitoring.
• Partner with users to understand their needs and develop data solutions.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Collaborate with operations, internal control, network and commercial teams to determine data requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure accuracy of reports and analyses.
