Job summary

PT Handal Guna Sarana is seeking a Warehouse Head to oversee all warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch across our Jabodetabek and Bandung branches.

The role leads 30+ staff, enforces SOPs, drives efficiency, and ensures safety and accuracy using Microsoft Office and related systems while staying aligned with the Tirta Group's logistics focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any discipline.
• 2 years experience as warehouse head in consumer goods distribution.
• Understanding of warehouse management.
• Experience leading 30+ staff.
• Able to operate computers, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods receipt aligns with work orders provided.
• Verify type, quantity, and quality of received goods match orders and documentation.
• Ensure all goods receipt processes comply with SOP and are recorded in the system.
• Ensure goods placement and retrieval follow established layout standards.
• Ensure goods dispatch aligns with work orders provided.
• Verify type, quantity, and quality of dispatched goods match orders and documentation.
• Ensure all goods dispatch processes comply with SOP and are recorded in the system.
• Ensure warehouse work area cleanliness and security comply with SOP.
• Ensure warehouse equipment use, placement, and maintenance comply with SOP.

About you

Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any discipline

2 years experience as warehouse head, particularly in consumer goods distribution

Understanding of warehouse management

Experience leading more than 30 staff members

Able to operate computers, particularly Microsoft Office

Willing to work under pressure

Accustomed to working with targets

Personal values: honesty, responsibility, results-oriented

Willing to be placed across all branches (Jabodetabek and Bandung)

Willing to be transferred/rotated as needed
