Job summary

MR. BOB KAMPUNG INGGRIS is seeking a capable professional to oversee Team Leaders and drive program quality across initiatives. You will monitor implementations, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate development processes to ensure standards and targets are met.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, problem solving, and analytical abilities, with a track record of delivering data-driven recommendations. Willing to work in Pare, Kediri, East Java.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent position.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Understanding of planning, implementation, monitoring, and program evaluation processes.
• Ability to analyse problems and develop solutions and improvement plans.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Systematic, detail-oriented approach with focus on quality.
