Astana Capital is seeking a Sports Club Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience at our growing sports and lifestyle club. The role sits at the intersection of racquet sports, hospitality, and club operations, ensuring courts, people, and schedules come together smoothly every day.

You will oversee racquet sports & court operations, manage bookings and programs, lead Front Desk and on-floor hospitality, coordinate F&B, events, membership, and facilities, and drive service standards.

Competenze

• Experience in sports clubs, racquet sports, hospitality, hotels, or similar operations.
• Strong understanding of hospitality and service excellence.
• Highly organized with experience managing complex daily schedules.
• Hands-on leader who is present on the floor.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Interest or experience in padel, tennis, or other racquet sports is highly preferred.
