Job summary

PermataBank is seeking an Audit Coordination professional to act as a liaison between the technology team and auditors, ensuring document completeness and timely follow-up actions. The role focuses on regulatory reporting and stakeholder communication within a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities include preparing technology compliance reports for regulators (OJK, BI), coordinating data collection, and presenting clear updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in technology audit, compliance, or regulatory reporting (fresh graduates with strong interest are also considered).
• Strong interest in technology audit and regulation (mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of information.
