Job summary

Permata Bank is seeking a specialist in Data Governance to establish and enforce data policies that ensure data quality, security, and trusted data across the organization. The role collaborates with diverse stakeholders and governs AI/Gen AI initiatives within a banking context.

You will work under the Technology Directorate to align data practices with regulatory requirements, risk management, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Governance, IT Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management, with AI/ML/Gen AI project experience.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between business process, architecture, control, risk, compliance and data technology.
• Collaborates with stakeholders; strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience in Data Governance, IT Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management, with specific experience in AI/ML/Gen AI projects.
• Strong understanding of relationship between business process, architecture, control, risk , compliance and data technology.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with various business stakeholders
• Familiar with modern enterprise data platforms and governance tools.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly preferred.
