Job summary

PT Surya Indo Plastic, a leader in thermoformed plastic packaging, seeks a Spare Part Controller to optimize spare parts inventory for maintenance and manufacturing. You will manage stock levels, verify part details, and coordinate with Maintenance, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure availability of critical parts.

The role requires 2–3 years in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and a systematic, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
2–3 years in spare parts, warehouse, or inventory control.
Experience with European machinery spare parts preferred.
Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare inventory reports and analysis.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, systematic, and able to coordinate with Maintenance, Technical, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
Experience in plastics, thermoforming, or manufacturing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control spare part inventory for maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions.
Track min/max stock, reorder points, and critical spare parts.
Perform stock opname and investigate discrepancies.
Identify spare parts by part number, machine, specs, and supplier/principal.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Technical, Purchasing, Warehouse, and suppliers.
Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock availability, shortages, and critical parts.
