Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Material Control Manager - After Sales Service (Carlcare) to support the Chinese-based Material Control Manager. You will help with workforce planning, performance reviews, and organizational development while coordinating inventory health and logistics to prevent disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Material Control Manager with workforce planning, performance reviews and succession.
• Coordinate safety stock planning and adjustments to prevent supply disruption.
• Manage inventory health by reviewing slow-movers and obsolete stock and facilitating returns/sell-off.
• Verify logistics expense data and optimize logistics providers for cost control and efficiency.
• Implement 5S standards and maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely material dispatch from main warehouse to shops and monitor in-transit documents.
• Standardize warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, sorting, bin locations) and develop SOPs and dashboards.
• Organize regular meetings with Material Control and Warehouse teams to track progress and drive improvements.
• Backup the Main Warehouse Supervisor when no supervisor is on duty.

Material Control Manager - After Sales Service (Carlcare)

Assist the Chinese Material Control Manager in team management, including workforce planning, performance assessment, personnel replacement and supplementation, and organizational development.

PMC Business Supervision

Coordinate safety stock planning and dynamic adjustments for national, shop, and L4 maintenance materials to prevent supply disruption.

Manage inventory health by reviewing slow-moving and obsolete inventory, coordinating the return of non-defective overdue materials, and supporting inventory sell-off or scrapping to reduce invalid inventory.

Verify logistics expense reimbursement data and manage, assess, and optimize logistics service providers to control costs while maintaining distribution efficiency.

Warehouse Operations Management

Implement 5S standards and ensure material safety to prevent loss and damage.

Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile inventory with system data to maintain high inventory accuracy.

Ensure timely material dispatch from the main warehouse to shops, monitor in-transit documents, and clear overdue open documents.

Optimize and standardize warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, sorting, and bin location management; develop SOPs and daily operation tracking reports.

Organize daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Material Control and Warehouse teams to track progress, address issues, and implement improvements.

Backup Responsibility

Assume the full management responsibilities of the Main Warehouse Supervisor when no supervisor is on duty.

Job Requirements

Fluent in ENGLISH is a MUST, having Mandarin proficiency will be a plus

Has experience in After Sales, Mobile Phone, Electronic Industry will be preferred

Has leadership and strategic planning experience

Proficient in the use of office software, with the ability to analyze data

Good at learning and adapting, with a good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit

Have good conduct, be honest and trustworthy, and be in good health
