Job summary

PT. Alcotraindo Batam is seeking a Warehouse/Spare Parts Clerk to receive and inspect spare parts, organize inventory, and issue parts to technicians and production teams.

You will maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system, perform regular stock counts, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Maintenance to ensure availability and proper labeling, while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Male candidate.
• Minimum SMK majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic.
• Goal-oriented and cooperative attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and high attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience as Technician or spare parts keeper is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive spare parts from suppliers and inspect their quantity and condition.
• Store spare parts properly to ensure they are organized, safe, and easy to locate.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing spare parts.
• Perform regular stock checks and stocktaking (inventory audits).
• Prepare and issue spare parts according to maintenance or production requests.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments to ensure spare parts availability.
• Prepare inventory and usage reports.
• Keep the spare parts warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Use inventory management systems or ERP software to update stock records.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of all spare parts.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations in handling and storing spare parts.
