Job summary

Hilton Bali Resort is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver massages and body treatments to hotel guests, tailoring sessions to individual needs and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will assess guest needs, provide exceptional service, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in Bali’s premier resort setting.

Qualifications

• Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or other relevant spa treatments from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury or hotel setting.
• Strong understanding of different massage techniques, body treatments, and facials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all spa treatments are performed according to health and safety standards, including sanitization and hygiene protocols. Stays up to date with the latest wellness and spa treatment trends to ensure the spa maintains a competitive edge.
