Qualifications

• Certification in massage therapy or aesthetics from a recognized institution.
• Previous spa therapist experience, preferably in luxury/hotel settings.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and facials.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with prompt, professional responses to inquiries and requests.
• Deliver professional spa treatments according to menu and guest preferences.
• Maintain a spotless, sanitized treatment environment and equipment.
• Manage supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock and proper storage.
• Complete and maintain records in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Support daily spa operations to ensure seamless service.

As a Spa Therapist, you're not just providing professional massages and body treatments - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all spa treatments are performed according to health and safety standards, including sanitization and hygiene protocols. Stays up to date with the latest wellness and spa treatment trends to ensure the spa maintains a competitive edge.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

• Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or other relevant spa treatments from a recognized institution.
