Odilia Infinity Corp is a leading spa and wellness management company in Indonesia, proudly operating a network of more than 200 outlets nationwide. We are seeking a Spa & Hospitality Manager with 3–5 years of leadership experience to oversee operations, ensure service quality, manage budgets and costs, and drive guest satisfaction across our brand outlets nationwide.

The role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and collaboration with brand teams to uphold Odilia's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa or hospitality management, with proven leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, service quality, and customer experience.
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving abilities.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to outlets across Indonesia.
