Job summary

ODILIA INFINITY CORP seeks an experienced Brand Spa Manager to lead Annathaya Spa, Alaya Spa and Odilia operations across multiple outlets. You will drive brand standards, operational excellence, and growth through strategic oversight of spa activities and teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of managerial spa experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and are fluent in English. Willingness to travel for monitoring and business needs is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in the Spa, Wellness, Beauty, or Hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets and operational teams.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, revenue management, budgeting, and business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain brand standards and drive operational excellence.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to travel for operational monitoring and business needs.
