Bobobox is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in a high‑volume catering kitchen in Bekasi. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and consistency of dishes, and lead a team of culinary professionals across events in the Bekasi region.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of food safety. This role offers a competitive salary and growth in a fast‑paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy catering/restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring recipes and standards are followed.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Control inventory, food costs, and waste; ensure timely production for events.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes for the Bekasi market.
