Job summary

Lakon Indonesia seeks a fashion merchandising professional in Jakarta to drive sourcing, brand identification, and a multi-brand retail strategy. A bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or Marketing and relevant experience are preferred. You will identify potential brands, negotiate terms, and help shape a locally relevant product mix.

Strong negotiation, clear communication, and knowledge of local fashion brands and market trends are essential to succeed in this role.
