Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a Native AI Software Engineer to deeply integrate AI into development, building scalable, production-ready AI-powered systems.

You will own features end-to-end, from design through CI/CD and deployment, and you will read, audit, and improve AI-influenced code while creating reusable libraries.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership mindset and broad software engineering experience.
• Native AI coding approach: debug, refine, and maintain AI-generated code in production.
• Strong fundamentals; able to build working systems using a language’s standard library when needed.
• Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
