Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a Native AI Software Engineer to deeply integrate AI into the development workflow, building, debugging, and scaling production-ready AI-powered systems. You will own design, review, testing, and production readiness, focusing on scalable data architectures and automated workflows.

You will use AI-assisted coding for most development, read and improve AI-generated code, and produce well-documented internal libraries while maintaining strong fundamentals and autonomous work

Qualifications

• Proven Software Engineer with strong ownership mindset.
• Able to design scalable data workflows and AI-powered systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Proficient in SQL and working with Linux/SSH/Docker/CI-CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data architectures and automated workflows that power AI systems.
• Use AI-assisted coding for most development, focusing on architecture, review, and production quality.
• Read, audit, and improve complex (including AI-generated) codebases.
• Build reusable, well-documented internal libraries.
• Own features end-to-end, from local development to CI/CD and deployment.
• Produce clear, structured technical documentation.
