Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled, autonomous software systems. You will shape the automation layer, context packages, and verification harnesses, while guiding agent fleets to operate with minimal human input.

You will advance production-grade architectures, mentor senior engineers, and ensure scalable, secure solutions. The role values deep full-stack expertise, cloud/CI, and hands-on model integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production full-stack engineering on web-based systems with leadership experience.
• Ability to architect AI-native solutions and build context/tooling/guardrails for autonomous work.
• Experience with enterprise-grade tooling and evaluating new AI models weekly.

Responsibilities

• Design the automation layer and verification harnesses for coding agents.
• Coordinate parallel agent operations and enforce enterprise-grade criteria.
• Deliver customer-facing features with startup-speed while maintaining reliability.
• Share improvements and rules across the team to raise overall output.
• Set technical direction, review architecture and PRs, mentor engineers.
